Bon je viens d'en trouver, si ça vous intéresse :
Spring Won't Spring! (Tune of "This is the Song That Never Ends" Shari Lewis & Lambchop) This winter doesn't want to end,
It just goes on and on my friend.
Some people started thinking that it would be over soon,
But every day it snows some more and now it's almost June! (repeat over and over again!)
Do you see a sign of Spring? (Tune of "Did you ever see a lassie") Oh, do you see a sign of Spring
a sign of Spring, a sign of Spring?
Oh, do you see a sign of spring?
Please, tell us what you see!
Spring is here (tune of The Farmer in the Dell)The days of Spring are here,
Warm, sunny days are near,
Flowers and bees, and birds in trees.
The days of spring are here.
Spring is Here (tune of Are You Sleeping)
I see robins, I see bird's nests,
Butterflies too, flowers too.
Everything is growing,
The wind is gently blowing.
Spring is here, spring is here.

Winter
Cold and raw the north wind doth blow,
Bleak in the morning early,
All the hills are covered with snow,
And winter's now come fairly.
Mais peut-être en cherches-tu plus particulièrement sur le printemps ou l'été ?
En voilà une liste ici pour l'été par exemple : http://www.apples4theteacher.com/holidays/summer/kids-poems-rhymes/ind ex.html
Bed in Summer
In winter I get up at night
And dress by yellow candle-light.
In summer quite the other way,
I have to go to bed by day.
I have to go to bed and see
The birds still hopping on the tree,
Or hear the grown-up people's feet
Still going past me in the street.
And does it not seem hard to you,
When all the sky is clear and blue,
And I should like so much to play,
To have to go to bed by day?
